Depression is a serious illness. I know many that suffer from the grips of being down. I do as well at times. The worst thing a depressed person can do is isolate themselves from others. An ear sometimes helps to lift spirits. Your words tell a true story. I think many need to know they are not alone. Help is just a phone call away.
