Words fly in, they soar out
I am POETONTKNOWIT
And penning is my only way of life, as most of you
AP is crammed with more brilliance than Einstein's dissected brain
Ripley wouldn't even believe our communities abilities
I am only a ripple in the pond of poetic greatness

This is just what popped into my mind with the concept of this awesomely dreamed up situation. I just wanted to tell ALL of you here how much talent that flows through this site every second of every day. It's an honor to be among such talented writers. I'm all for an American Idol Poet. We would all be winners! I LOVE AP!!!!!!!!!!! Let's keep the poetic torch burning! It's time for the AP Olympics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BRILLIANT!!! BRAVO!!!!!! I agree with every word and am proud to be the twin of the poet genius who finally said these words!!! There really should be a American Poet Idol!!!!!! I'd vote for that.... As always, loved your write... Thank you for writing such praises about our AP family... We are a bunch of dynamically talented poets and I'm happy that someone finally said what many of us were thinking!!!!!!!!!!
