Beyond the darkness,
In a sea of troubled minds
We (grasping for air) search.
Yet what is found leaves us
wishing for death.
we lose ourself in the waves
of heaven and life,
Death
and
Nothingness
It begins to tidal.
The thought rushing
To the mind
Grows g r ad ually
And spires our curiosity to swim
But, the water grows thicker
Drowning us even more.
Yet, obsession, though only an instant long,
Pulls us, draws us closer to the eye of the storm
As the waves crash around
And finally…we learn thoughts
That never touched so
deeply
Thoughts so empty
That the mind
n
u
m
b
s
nothingness
numbs
the
mind
feeling
is all that remains
searching for ourself we have found what emptiness is,
what is left between the instants of thought and feeling
what is between the moments of drowning and death…
for death is an illusion and nothingness … its reality
The waves begin to hit and the tidal crashes down
But we are already numb and drowned
This
Is
Nothing(ness)
