I sing in praise of Night Hope:
few other poets have the scope
of poetic phrase
which she displays
with consumate ease.

The beauty of her lyric style
beats most others by a mile.
Her imagery and form
is way beyond the norm
and sure to please.

So let me tell you right away,
there's little more that I can say.
This goddess of the pen
captivates me when
other poets just tease!

I think just that one line alone says it all. Wanda is indeed the goddess of the pen. You've captured her poetic skills so very well here - wonderful!

Ahhh, you are far too kind, Sir...but I thank you, profusely. If I make it look easy at all, it's only because I've been writing for going on 35 years now. Practice may not make perfect, but it sure makes ya better than ya were. My writing has improved so much since I joined AP, largely due to the amazing talent that I've become so familiar with. Thank you for your continual support & your flattering words, my Friend. Good luck in the contest. Wanda
