She'd wait all night,
And all of tomorrow,
Just to see his name pop up,
In the corner of the screen.
She'd just sit,
Staring at an unspoken conversation,
Scared of saying 'hi',
To the boy who stole her heart.
She'd simply draw his name in hearts,
Little did she know,
He was a town away,
Doing the same thing.
He waited for her to come online,
He'd type a 'hello' and her name,
Re-reading it over and over again,
He'd backspace it.
He couldn't tell the girl of his dreams,
That he liked her,
Or that her smile brighten his whole week,
He just ignored the 'send' button.
Neither spoke first,
They never knew how the other felt,
Too scared about their friends' feelings,
They stuffed their feelings into a secret bottle...
And tossed it into the sea,
To be forgotten.

*sniffle* It's just so SAD! They should've been together... wah...
it's pretty realistic, though. I mean, people are too scared of what might happen if they reveal their feelings, but they should really be more scared of what will happen if they DON'T.
