Tug and pull
Ready for school
Looking in the mirror
Smiles hide
Whats inside
Covering her fear
Jeans surround
Bruises on down
Her legs that no one sees
Long enough
To hide the stuff
Given to her by he
Her faking face,
Hidden disgrace
Denying what she knows
Him she hugs
For him she loves
And her jeans will never show
Show the pain
She can't contain
Outside her denim world
Because she's his
She takes the risk
Cuz she's only his girl
But what denim hides
Is slow demise
Jeans that cover hell
No matter what
She knows it but
Pretends that all is well
But they won't cover
For one another
Not for all that long
Because one blow
Will kill her slow
Then she'll see she's wrong

You might want to spell check this. -

This was very good. I entered this contest, as well. I don't know whether yours is better than mine or not, but it's very good. Mine is sort of different than yours, though.
Keep on writing.
