Perhaps it was an end
engraved into tomb stones
like memories
of falling
Rolling onward from
a black fog
covering the eyes
and choking the soul;
or a beginning
of fire,
burning plumes of
rawness
East of Eden, where swords burned
and the graves were tilled
we drew lines in the dry Earth
caked with the staleness
of existence,
Larks no longer sang
the echo or the whimper
of the wind
The raven chanted memories
of bone and dust and iron and blood,
of mandrakes long since wilted
and lotuses forgotten
In the flickering eye
of cameras and memories
the valley of Elysium has died
The wire of time progressed
from birth to copulation to death
from first blink, to final breath
until only corpses rot
in wasteland graveyards
of oblivion;
lives scattered in scalding winds
Mother Nature confessed
the murmur of exile
from whale to blue bird to man
life was death and death was life
and existence was a line,
not a circle of epiphanies and
reincarnation cycles
Passive lives in 2012
ways to die
when jute fibers weave consciousness
and hyacinth petals cover memories
We found oblivion
under our chestnut tree
watching the world grow
and die
Birth and death
and pollen
from winter to spring
sunrise to sunset
the in and exhalation
and the spasm of life

Bravo,
Another stirring of the thoughts you jot.
I enjoy reading things that make sense to me.
I like your style alot, and keep up the great works.
I write on alot of different topics, I hope I'm evolving.
And I hope in a good way. LOL.
Peace poet, take care.. -Timothy aka poeticweaver

I love the way you can write so many words so quickly yet still remain solid. Never a wasted thought.
