I love the silver divider you have use in this one. It really sets the border apart from many. The heart picture ion the border itself is stunning! The flow of the color strokes within remind me of the emotions that are zipping through the heart always.
Keep that paint flowing!

I would like to see tthe brush and type centered better vertically on the awrd "plaque", the word award runs into the border. The black O bothers me also. It looks as though you had to hand edit that. I wish it was in a shade of gray and a little thicker. It's probably not worth going into ms paint to do it, though, since paint tends to take away sharpness from the image and mucks it up.
I like this award a lot, but those two things bother me.

Well, the brush is equal distance to either edge of the border with this. It is also on a slight angle for a more dimensional appearance, as if it was coming out of the page.
And the O done in back was intentionally offset in color for readablity.
Thanks for the comments though. None of this was done in Paint and I don't think I would even try diting it in there either.
But will take into consideration your suggestions.

Ooh, I want to grab that heart. Very nice separator to create a look beyond just buttoning. *thumbs up* I can't see the award though, it says missing image.
