Yes! To be a writer,
to sculpt the words of a chivalrous essay,
interlace the schemes of time,
be playmate to the kindred heart.
The pleasantry to fallen smiles.
To be a writer.
Be winds that help to drive the sail.
A ray of light in the thick of darkness,
glimps of color in a faded blind eye.
To cry apon the ears of apathy,
A voice of reason in the face of lies!
To be a writer;
be teacher to an open mind,
champion to the long oppressed.
Servent to a yielding soul,
attestatioin to the truth untold.
Ah,
to feel so reposed.
A writer i am
and standing still strong!
