Everyone’s a poet

Old Earl the simple plumber man
Stands and looks where drips once ran
A smile across his face does span
Turning now to look at Ann
He boasts the heroic sly craftsman
“Ain’t that purty ain’t that gran,
A job well done, like Prince Diane”

Author notes

“For Bob”. Everyone has a little bit of a poet in them; some just express it better then others. A poet is emotional, but then who isn’t if Bob hadn’t of shown emotion then he wouldn’t have convinced pen-inhand to marry him, I’m sure she see’s the poet in you Bob.

A whimsical lighthearted write to be sure! Thanks for entering our contest and the best of luck to you! P.S. Pen-inhand said after 3 years of dating, "either marry me or take a long long walk!" SO I did! Kelly & Bob
