    LOL

I remember the episode where they drive Route 66 to CA. This is nice. I had to to click and read because a dear friend of mine is heading to CA tomorrow and may be moving there. Her son has been pegged by at least 10 agents for possible movie, TV and commercial contracts. It's exciting but also sad. I don't want my friend to move
Anyway, I enjoyed this light piece and the memory of the TV episode.

I was hoping there'd be a Lucy haiku-entry and here it is! I think it's my favorite old black-and-white TV show outside of the Honeymooners.

And I remember this episode well--Remember the old jalopy that Fred purchased from his used car dealer-friend to make the road trip? I've had a few of those old putt-putts myself--Though maybe not THAT bad!

I still laugh aloud time and again whenever to watch some of those old Lucy shows. Thank you for this entry to the contest.

    Jo
