Snowdrop

Missing image

Innocence kisses the earth,

in a downward ballet,

of flakes, and droplets,

constructed from frozen beauty.

Frosted crystal,

laces the earth, twinkling,

with the purity found,

in a newborn's first smile.

All the grace of the world,

embellished, in a snowdrop

    I

liked the innocence and beauty you wrote in this poem, especially the part:
"laces the earth/ the purity found,
    in a newborn's first smile."

The ending lines wrap everything up so perfectly.

"All the grace of the world,
    embellished, in a snowdrop"

The imagery and metaphors painted a beautiful wintery picture in my mind. The vividness and softness is brilliant! ^__^ Good job, and good luck!
