"A life without love" is existence,
And at that, its barest crudest form
Loveless life is no life at all
In any human terms.
Hanging like an insect
Caught in some strange spider's weaving
No longer free to flourish and fly
No control on when you're leaving.
Love shines comfort on us all
Changes us from then to now
Illumines paths that would be dark
Whispers what, with Grace, our hearts allow.

This is a striking poem. There are layers here where one must really dig past the initial words to unearth words that are not said. You have given prime examples of what life would be without love. This is a thorough writ.
Thank you for this entry and the best to you.
Much LOVE ♥
