As I walk along the beach
the waves begin to lap at my feet
so calm and gentle like
takes my mind back to better times
I think of playing in the sun
dancing to my lovers song
I think about the days my children were born
sweet and innocent so very pure
Walking deeper into the sea
let the waves take hold of me
Trusting it with my will
letting it carry me over so still
The warmth of the water
the frill of the ride
intense passion
full filling smiles
This is the ocean the sea and the tides
