A place of quiet beauty
somewhere to rest and meditate
as I wonder at the power
this rock, a barrier to ocean's fury.
Worn so well and over time
also a swimmers playground,
as from on high they leap and dive
into the waves below.
For eons it has stood so strong
against all that nature has tossed
have past ships crashed against this wall
what secrets does it keep?
At any time throughout the day
a stunning view to see
across the great horizon
watching sun set into the sea.
This pulpit formed from God's creation
to stand and view His magic,
a place to give our thanks for all
and our freedom to appreciate.

Yes indeed
Places to stand all times and for those so blessed to see the vision once viewed by Christ himself and yet I feel all places on this earth he has seen

this is for me the best bit and the parts when you describe the rock itself becasuse it is so good. I love the way you focus on the surroundings aswell love the imagery this is very well written
