Somewhere ahead

Look further into my eye,
I don't know what you would see.
I wonder where I am looking,
Further than the far far sea.

Stamp my feet on its path,
I can never judge where it goes.
I ponder where it takes me,
With just ankles, heels, and toes.

My hand, my sway follows suite,
Like a zombie's ball dance room,
Spoiling my brain's convulations,
A new bride behind a groom.

Please tell me what you think

a good piece of poetry, a zombie dance made me smile, thinking of jerky movements spoiling the dance of sweet smelling life at times

Really like your poem. I was amazed at the music in the first two stanza. Then in the turn (what a turn) I got a little lost. In the first two I have a feeling of not having all the answers (rather universal and good). Then in the third stanza which is also great I got lost in the meaning.
