Navy blue skies display the ultimate light show,
With sparkling jewels and their ribbons of tails
That collide with one another and overlap.
Nebulae of a midnight black
Disrupt the order of the endless patchwork quilt,
Yet also makes for a tranquil splash of serene wonder
In the inky darkness of this
Quiet night on shore,
With the stars dancing on the ocean
And the moonlight reflecting off the sand
As though in a mirror.
And although I adore this
Lovely scene on the coast,
It can't hold a candle to the stars
I see in your eyes.

Aww...beautiful though a teensie bit cheesy at the end I like this one particularly because the scenery you gave was very serene and romantic.

Just beautiful wording, great images and I love how you've ended it stating that even with all the natural beauty around you, the stars in your loves' eyes is even greater.
Good luck in your contest.
