throw it all in a bottle and toss it in the sea,

Screaming senseless insanities,
painful tears that wipe away quick,

there's nothing you can do about it,

Feeling like a clapping monkey trapped in a glass box,
chiming sanity away,
DEFENSE, DEFENSE.

Show no mercy for they'll never understand,
insensitivity becomes absolute norm,
DEFENSE, DEFENSE.

Broken barriers and shattered glass,
unbreakable moments reflecting on truth,
DEFENSE, DEFENSE.

Dead, gone, obsolete,

smashed my brick wall, crumpled my stone,

This is me,...bottled more than you would ever feel. A while ago I read a story, about a young boy who's step father told him every time he was sad, DEFENSE ( be strong and be defensive about it!). Now my father's sickness has been getting worse, and hes 46, My other father and I have to decide in a matter of weeks whether or not to put him in a home. I want to be selfish, but I know I can't. And Every one tells me I can't do anything, and all I hear when I want to cry but refuse to is DEFENSE DEFENSE( running thru my head).
