Red cabbage
arugala and red onion slices
inviting kernel corn
snap peas and black olives
with a small pickled pepperocini pepper
adding grape tomatoes one handful
lightly mixed with parmesan and romano cheese
1/4 tsp.  garlic if you please
gently toss
with your favorite dressing
served with bread and table wine
