Calla Lily,
thou art open-mouthed
and impatient for a moistened kiss.
Thine tongue,
yellow and provocative,
is enticing.
Thine single finger invites me nigh
and inclines my ear to thee.
...Thou hast convinced me
despite thine lack of utterance.
Author notes
Aren't Calla Lilies sensuous? I enjoyed this contest...picking my flower was heart-wrenching.
Love,

Fantastic
I love this! Never looked at a calla lily like that before! Fantastic imagery!! I love the old tyme language also. Very nice touch! Good luck in the contest! I'm going to assume you are a Georgia O'Keefe fan also...

Wowie. Very classic in style - I rather like that. Quite nice. Wish I could write the same. Indeed.
