This is day when earth is sigh
beyond my windy lung to bare,
such breath, as salt
might breathe to find me,
comforting sun
behind my wish cloud.
I have walked this sandy shrine
of wilder thunder,
curled in billowed splash,
hoping love might leave a shell,
curve pronouncing
ocean's secret,
going on
in spite of ignorance.
I called your name
inside it's hollow,
phone to fill
the sound I ache for,
awaiting signal to return,
Nature,
beeping from a distance,
your wind strolled skin
of higher bumps,
knowing I am late to answer.
Breeze blows banter
passing by
in gulls to squeal,
my squeeking wheel, turning spirit
orange, sinking soul
to silent zephyr,
breathing out my last emotion,
before night drops
adopting silence as broken brother,
of noise
eroding what is left of footprints,
too slow to follow.
