Well this is the second poem of yours I have read and you have so far shown a talent for the O. Henry ending to a poem.

Great surprise ending and very droll.

A billion moons ago in a pub in Norfolk I met a group of cavalier type poets whose central metaphors consisted of scatological references. One droll young fellow read aloud a verse about sticking his ass out a window and spraying diarrhea on his lover passing by on the street below.

I frankly didn’t appreciate it as much as I should though of I suspect, but I just spent a miserable fortnight on a dodgy side of Kings Lynn.

Your scatological reference though completes the “moment of duration” crux of an imagist poem. “cast iron gut” is lovely and the opening lines evoke a gritty feel of a subway system.

This is brilliant, and I'm sorry for my utter lack of constructive criticism on it. I love it all - the images, the rawness of it all, the truthful tone to it.

I'm glad you liked this... tons of multiplexual sex, sounds like having relations with morbidly obese women in movie theaters...

Well, I would love to visit that city that farts poetry like this, because it must be a very interesting and inspiring place that creates poetry like this! Loved the layout and the way the thoughts jump about until it ends in poetry! Wonderful...
