Yelling, cheers
Are herd in the streets below.
Colurful floats glided across the streets
And everyone dressed in something festive.
People eating King's Cake
Trying to find that something with in.
Having a good time and then some.
Sometimes I wish that I could go
Party and see floats.
To dress up in something fancy
And to eat cake.
For the festival is none other than
Mardi Gras.
