The isolation is my choice
the tears my reward
I said goodbye
knowing it was the right thing,
but now i'm not so sure.
The pain in your eyes
makes me wonder.

VERY GOOD
It's a little gem. Without tricks and gimmicks it's message is direct - direct from the heart - that is what good poems always do. It's really very very moving.
