I'm Happy To Be

Emptiness and limitation
Of something that does not exist.
Blue face, dark eyes, no inspiration.
The constant road and new fake twist.

Why can't you see my smiling face?
Why don't you know and never listen?
Maybe, i live this life with no grace,
But see my eyes - they always glisten.

No matter what, i'm happy that i am.
I keep my dreams more higher than some sorrow,
When everyone begin to blame and damn.
I know, that i'm right, and that - i follow.

Injustice and imperfection
Of this pathetic crowded cold.
Where many people move in a wrong direction.
Losing their hopes and lifetime gold.

Poetry at it's best! I love this it really makes you think. The emotions are there...it's just a great poem to read I really enjoyed this and it made me think...and not many poems do that for me but I love it when they do, so thank you for that. Yet again, great write!

Very thoughtful piece. Not following the 'crowd', thinking for yourself, and staying true to oneself is always important. Great write!
