Not just one fucked up individual
Not just one “loner” “outcast” “antisocial” or “freak”
And not just one lost teen looking for validation
It is all of us
We are all part of this
We have all contributed
And we are all afflicted
You think the killers are a fluke, a mistake, the exception in a peaceful majority…
But violence permeates even the tightest folds of society
No one is exempt
From hate
When it is breathed into our soul, consumed by us daily, and immersed into our culture
Self worth equals power equals peace
