As a young child faith came through loving arms of the Holy Spirit.
After hearing the Word of God I tested It for its’ Truth, to adhere it.
Faith came by LOVE, with my conviction and confidence in Him;
Not in the body of dogma of religion which binds to works of sin.
I guess I exchanged my parental loyalties for the Heavenly one above.
But it was a slow working relationship that taught me God’s LOVE.
Being a perfectionist I cast all my care on the mighty King of kings.
Since I’m so curious, it is Christ the Lord who taught me most things.
Learning the credibility of His Word is important, like healthy food.
My independence got me in trouble, reacting to others intolerably rude.
Faith is childlike trust that ‘ALL things work together FOR GOOD…”
When I stumble and fall, God forgives and helps me do what I should.
Reliance works like ‘investments’ in Faith’s Bank or Trust Account.
Faith-acts of reliance springs forth confidence where "miracles fount.”
