Today on the streets,
What do you see?
Kids shooting up drugs,
Thugs gettin stuff free.
Today in the schools,
What do you hear?
Kids mistreatin,
The teachers we see.
And Today on the web,
What do you read?
Kids talking bout cutting,
Or killin themselves.
C'mon man, I know,
I'm a kid too,
But I aint doin dope,
I aint dealin weed.
I'm not sayin that I,
Just some kid that you see,
Is any better than them,
The ones that you meet.
All that I'm sayin,
Is look at this world,
What's goin on,
What's happening?

this is so true, i swear this world is so messed up these days. im glad i'm not the only one noticing it. and you know im gonna be an adolescent substance abuse counciler, all the while knowing that there wont be many kids that i treat that will actually want any help. but anyways nice right, really good message, maybe itll make people more aware

lol, its a good topic, splendid. Even tho I guess you could say I fit in with one of those kids you named off that's alright. I understand, society is always changing. Kids were more reserved back then but things change all the time. It's a real shame. I think this was awesome, I wouldn't change a thing.
