My blind eye sees
what most peoples normal eyes can't.
It sees
the good,
the bad,
the ugly,
but, most of all it sees weakness.
It sees
the hunger,
the pain,
the misery.
Most people can't see,
but my blind eye sees the things
that they close out.
My blind eye sees the things
they choose not to look at.
My blind eye can see what
people don't want to see.
My blind eyes sees the things
that other people pray to god
that my blind eye doesn't see.
Please tell me what you think

Every blind person has a sixth sense, and you have sure brought that out well.
This is a marvellous poem, I liked the style and the background, and then it opened my eyes for sure.
Amazing

My blind eyes, sees all that you see and more.
This is kinda a sad write, but the meaning is very good.

Good write here
Yes in this world today they all turn a blind eye to anything that is not of interest to them good point here -
Litterally blind or figuratively blind, either way, we chose not to see what we don't want to know about; blocking it out as if it were not there, not part of our word and lives. Some become missionaries to help those in so much need; others send money hoping to help in that way; and others yet turn a blind eye and live their life never giving any thought to the misery of others so m uch less fortunate than themselves. If only this group would pitch in, what a different they could make. Sentiments well expressed in these lines - easy to read and understand what you are saying here.

thank you for writing such an amazing poem.
i must tell you i feel this way all of the time.
it saddens me greatly how people can just look away
at those who are in need or in pain.
i struggle with this constantly and i try my hardest
not to be hardened as most of the world has become.
i know that if i set an example it might shift
this energy in this world and hopefully we can love
each other and open our eyes.
bless you
