her left hand
is always watching the right,
and it's jealous.
with all the good things
that God wouldn't let her do
shining in hand-me-down eyes,
ethanol pupils glazed over
with the love of landmines,
.
.
she bit her bottom lip
and saw flames.
is always watching the right,
and it's jealous.
with all the good things
that God wouldn't let her do
shining in hand-me-down eyes,
ethanol pupils glazed over
with the love of landmines,
.
.
she bit her bottom lip
and saw flames.
