what comes of this

dripping down
my chin
high fructose corn syrup

I swallow.

my fingers in retractable knots
hips bended
to the waist of Calgary

the high cicada
thrust of a shrill
egalitarian.

The percentage.

these are the high notes
of falling
into fallible sentence carrots
insert this and that
malleable
is this &
at the asterisk lodestar
on my nose
pressed to
your pound sign.

forgive me, as I have no idea how to interpret this...but like a good puzzle, I will likely return to give it another go when I'm not as tired as I am now.

    Great

I'm fairly new at giving my opinions on poetry, so hopefully you'll bare with me. But I liked this one.
I read it twice, cause the first time I didn't quite catch it. But I read it slower and with each part I looked closer at the meaning. I think it's more profound than my own writing. Cudo's, great poem.

Ah..you took me there in the depth of your vision..such a imagery and such a impact you brought to me..I can't express the joy of it...Indeed you made me to think through your thought provoking verse here....that what a truthful flow and the touch of the openness is seen in your wonderful words of depest love here..my
    friend...well done..

oooooo, I like this! it starts out so sensually, but then the euphemism tones it down quickly. it rises and falls and the lines 'I swallow' and 'the percentage' makes the reader stop and contemplate what they are reading. this is a very clever write. 'pressed to your pound sign' is going to be stuck in my head . . . that I am sure. Thank you for sharing this.

This is a most interesting write. I found this to be reflective, introspective and at times even questioning. The poem itself is awesome. The words and phrases flowing are all very well written… one after another, perfectionize the lines that follow. I enjoyed this immensely.
