Birds

Birds move so deftly through the air,
And proudly spread celestial wings.
With form and grace their bodies glide,
And no effort does it take, it seems.

Their songs can be cheerful,
And make the saddest day seem fair,
And adorn the skies with such a joy,
That God saw fit to place them there.

Birds comes in different colors.
They can be big or small.
They perched on the tree or bush.
They can stumble and fall.

It's a great poem, I like how the last line contrasts with the rest of it. Good job! Oksana
