What Happened to My Fairy-Tale?

I wish my life was a fairy-tale
You could be my knight
I'd always know what to do
What to say

Awkward
there's no such word
Shyness
does not exist
And I'd be beautiful

But fairy-tales don't exist
My knight fell off his horse
I can never find that perfect fit
and I'm not beautiful

Awkward
is what I am
Shyness
its my curse
and this "I love you"
is only simple words

    What a beautifully sad poem. I loved it, super read. I personally love "knights" and you addition of that makes it ever better, you are beautiful.
