I created this little place
in my house, it’s secret
The only one who knows
is me, nobody else
It’s by the fireside
My favourite spot
at night…
I made a beautiful box
and filled it with love
I feel…for you
I placed a part of you in it,
and this piece of my heart
where you live
forever…
Nobody will ever know
what’s in there
For these are my memories
Your pictures, your letters
together with my tears
and my love
for you…
But once in a while,
when I feel alone
and need you
I open this box
and let you out
To feel my heart
beat again…
It’s my little secret
Right here
