She called just to talk
And recieved so much more
He said it wasn't working
She of course didn't listen
She loved him as she said
There are others came his reply
She started crying
Then she realized
Noone would dry her tears
She pulled herself together
And tried to move on
She went from guy to guy
But none of them stuck around
They all were pushed away
She wanted only him
Even after the breakup
She only thought of him
Sure they talked
But she couldn't express her love
He no longer felt the same
And she was still alone
She always thought back
To that fatal day
And wondered why she didn't stop it...

Wow. This is really good. I love it. And can relate to it in a way ... I still think about what would have happened if James hadn't of broken up with me. But I'm over it now and I dont feel sad about it anymore. I'm just happy that we have those memories together. And I can and have finally move on. Cheers to us! The people that have had their hearts ripped out torn to shreads and beaten into the ground ... and still have the courage to get up in the morning and say; "Today is a new day!"
