Cleaning the Slate

The waves race
'cross the sand.

You are gone.

Gulls cry
against the wind.
Waves fold
rush ashore.

I will move
above the tide,
build my castle
again.

Dance with dolphins.

Ride waves.
Warm my heart
by driftwood fires.

I said this to Lynda "i have learned to accept, feel it completely let go and move on. Honor my comittments and not to treat people like possessions."

I grew up with a great deal of emotional abuse. I suffered from a High Anxiety Disorder. It has only been the last fifteen where life has been good. I guess it is reflected in my poems.

Thank you. I went with the erase. Everyone else focused on the pain.
