If only I knew
What you were thinking now
Then I wouldn't
No I couldn't
When will I know
Whats wrong with you now
If I can't understand
What's going through your mind
Sometimes I think
That there's another girl
Another girl in your life
That I don't know about
A girl who is prettier,
Older and smarter too.
Someone who you love
Love more than you do me
So sometimes I think
A little too much
Of you and yourself
And the other girl
You stare at me for only a second
And I know what you think
You don't love me, you don't care
You're trying to figure out how to leave me
And when I finaly hear
The words I'd never wanna hear
I start to think, I start cry.
You just leave and walk away
But I guess deep down
I'm happy for you
To have found the one
SOmeone unlike me
Someone who can hug and kiss you
Someone who can be with you
Someone who you love with all your heart
Someone unlike me
What am I saying?
What am I doing?
I need you with all my heart
I love you with everything I got.
I'll miss you too much
Be away for too long
But you don't listen to me
And just keep walking away.
As you walk and walk
I confess my love to you
But you don't listen you don't care
I jump, end my life right there,
You just keep walking
Down the road, your knew life
With a new better girl
And you won't remember me
You sit there with her
As I watch over you
I think to myself
And I let you go
You start to cry
And I hold on again
Wondering whats wrong
Wondering why you're crying.
I look at you
You look at me
As you say the words
I never thought I'd hear
"I love you more
More than the world.
I never meant it to hurt
I never let you go"
As you sit there looking
Looking at a picture of me
A tear fall's down and hit's the glass
And I know that you loved me.
You told me that you
Would love me forever
And I promised you back
That I would always love you.
You said you'd never
Never let go
Im look into your eyes
And I know it's true
"The night you died,
I saw the whole thing.
I'm sorry I didn't stop.
I'm sorry I didn't stop you."
Just then you say "I love you."
You run down the road where
I jumped off the bridge.
You whisper "I love you" and jump too

It is not very often that I am captivated enough to read something so long and for it to hold my attention.. it was definately intriguing.. and w ell thought out fairy tale.. sometimes people do not understand what they have until it is gone.. but should it really take ones death??

Omg... this poem is just about the BEST poem I have ever read in my entire life.... I'm not just saying that. IT TOOK MY BREATH AWAY and I felt a cold chill run down my spine. I love the length of it, I never wanted it to end... but I loved the ending to it. Great, amazing write, it deserved more than a silver trophy, though... I love every single line.

This is a truly sad love poem. Love is one of the strongest feelings, next to hate and always makes for excellent poetry.
