Maybe there is good in this world,
Maybe there is life to be created,
Maybe there is hope for my tomarrow,
for a peace was found today.
He holds me like he needs me,
and talks like I'm the only one,
if only we could be together,
maybe someday, we'll be as one.
With him I know I'll be happy,
he won't hurt me like others have.
I only wish, I were more certain,
about the thoughts for me he has.
I wait around for him to call,
anxious of when I'll see him next,
hoping that he'll still want to see me,
hoping that my presence he will bless.
