Time is wearing us away and there is nothing we can do.
I can feel it, can you feel it, too?
As time passes, you drift apart I've been told.
I guess this is what happens when you start to get old.
Before you know it, they begin their own lives.
They all have their husbands, and they all have their wives.
Which leaves me alone because I'm younger than they are.
They always try to tell me that they're not that far.
If they're not, then why does it feel that way?
I still feel like I'm intruding no matter what they say.
They try to make me feel like I belong.
They say that I'm still their friend, and I should be counted among.
I've come to realize that time is not going to slow,
So I'm taking this time to let them know.
You guys were there when I needed you the most.
Please just don't let me turn into the long forgotten ghost.
Don't forget that I was one time your friend.
Just because we're apart doesn't mean that friendships end.
I love you, Guys, don't ever forget.
Time is pasting fast, and it'll be be over in a bit.
I hope what I've written can make you see how much you mean to me.
Forever friends is what we'll always be.
Time for us is like running a marathon.
Let's keep running before it becomes too far gone.

umm... i'm the youngest out of all of my friends and it gets hard sometimes because they all have their own lives. they all are getting married and before long they'll be having their own kids, and i guess i'm just scared that i'll lose them. So, this is to them telling them how much they mean and will always mean to me.

A wonderful tribute and respectful request to your friends to remember you. Very well written with sincere emotion. The flow is okay.
One or two of the rhymes seem a bit forced. Overall I loved it. Well done and good luck in the contest.
