Once upon a time
(Friday night, June 28th)
I touched your skin
And tasted your lips
I held you in my arms
And danced with you
In the blazing star light
(Of a disco ball)
I caressed your skin
Soft as the faintest breath
And slid my fingers through your hair
(Im sorry about the pulling, you had knots)
I took you home
And kept you safe from harm
(Which wasnt hard considering
We stayed in my car the whole way)

(And not just because of the booze)
