The Christ Chord

The reason a Christ could strike the chord of the over-soul of the planet is that we all suffer a crucifixion, and it is precisely this cry of the heart which is answered and forms the basis of the Art of Magic. We can intellectualize and learn correspondences and formulae but how can we invest anything with the power to effect change if we have never cried out from the depths of the soul, and learned that it is from within that particular place that our Art is derived. We know from what place then, a cry must come to be answered, and the cry itself is heard, we need neither articulate nor embellish it, but simply invest it with soul force. No priest at his ablutions is more peculiar than that state wherein we know intuitively that it is from within ourselves that the answer to the question of change must arise. We are our rescue, and thus our Art is to know intuitively the form our 'ritual' must take if we are to manifest.
