He runs after her.
After the truck.
It comes to a stop and he sees her jumping out of it.
She's in his arms holding on tight.
They run into the woods with her family chasing after them.
They make it to his house without her family finding them.
He never wants her to leave him.
He never wants her to think about leaving him no matter what.
He needs her forever.
They are on his bed and he can tell by her breathing that she is asleep.
He pulls her into his arms and falls to sleep.
He wakes up and she isn't there.
Of course she isn't there, it was only a dream.
But to him it felt so real.

awe! This is a cute poem
Good write. It's pretty visual too, which made it even better because then..you can sense the emotion before the words are even seen and you can feel what youwere feeling when you were writing it and then when you read it, it completes eveything
