In limbo

Thoughts and feelings drowning in the
Non-ending bottomless terrifying dark blue sea.
Would they upsurge rising high invading the blue non-ending skies?
Or would they fall shattering on the callous dark brown slimy rocks
No feelings, no thoughts, no sense of time or place.
Solely numbness.
Pleasure and satisfaction is it?  Bewilderment or relaxation?
Lost I am in the vast limitless and expanded world, yet imprisoned in
Body and mind.
My mind expands taking me to never never lands,
Sleep carries me to wonderlands.
Is it true? I lose sense of reality and dreams
What are dreams, thoughts, what is reality?
Nostalgia carries me to a world I long to
A world that vanished but only survives now in my mind
Fantasia
Fantasia
Fantasies.

This is a lovely poem, but it doesn't quite fit in with my prompt.

    Brilliant - OUTSTANDING

Nermin Nazim, you are so good
You thought this out, because you could
Here you ask, "What is reality?"
    It is: EVERYTHING THAT EXISTS,
    Not just what we see
    (by definition)

ever heard of the good weird ?
well this fine piece of art qualifies as good weird...and you manage to bring up essential existentialist questions that i would love to try and answer to...the thing is i havent found any answers yet...maybe the key is just to ask and then live to answer...
    amazing piece my friend !

    bizarre but fascinating

I enjoyed this view of the internal chaos that pervaded your mind, almost had voyeur status lol. The use of contrasts like the vastness of the universe and your own paralysis in your personal imprisonment was very effective. I sometimes wonder if we are all just a dream of a superior being that will wake up to his own reality by shattering ours. camus

Our dreams lead us to ourselves, they are part of reality as reality is always perception, and today's curse is often tomorrow's savior...be happy and smile within...

      I am smiling now

yes, you are totally right, but it is so weird to be lost in such feelings, it felt like a vertigo! how come you are always lucid in your thoughts and perception?
