It was an early winter full of this heart untouched
Like a star sketched sky and a tainted lie
It was all drenched in ice
It was all too much
He came
With his valiant words
Earthbound and splintered
Dialed-up and wintered
Snow in his hands
He touch my heart
Searching upwards
And backwards
Finding me in every line
In every instance
In every time
The star of another life
If he weren't so far
We be together
Warming up the night
But for now
On this static screen of fate
You know who you are
You know what you make
You made it snow for me today
It snowing in my heart
And I wonder
Just how far, does far take
When snow covers distance in a blink
