The violets,
The roses
are touched in part of you
that I see in my heart,
Those midnight rendezvous
shared in a petal of time,
Moment to moment
I see you
and somehow my world is not the same,
Those thoughtful little notes that you leave
I treasure like
a poem left from
Emily Dickinson
soft and romantic,
And in my mind
we embrace each other
slowly,
And we devour each other
in passionate love,
Hunger met,
Until the next day
where we begin again,
And touch as two souls
become one.

Lovely write.
I liked that photograph and you did a fine piece of penning this poetry yourself and I know that had to be for that special someone in your life. So very well done. -

Minus the spell check, this one is lovely. I usually don't have an appetite for lovey stuff, but this poem feels as if it came from the heart. You write so wonderfully.
