(Have you ever felt alone
Like you're just a piece of stone)
To the people around you
(Have you ever missed your heart
As it painted pretty art)
No longer held inside you
(Have you) Are you
(Ever felt alone)Alone?
(Or are you just a tone) Simply just a tone
(Yeah have you ever felt alone)Will you remain after
(Since this world is lost)All the world is lost?
Are you alone?
(Yeah, incased in stone)Are you alone?
(Never to be reminded again)Are you... alone?
Alone (I walk around this life
Thinkin time is true to me.)
Alone (I try to walk around this strife
And instead it walks right through me)
Alone(I think my way through boxes
And paper bags
But I can't think
I was with you
So now I'm glad that you're)
Alone! (Alone!)
(Never to be reminded again)Are you... alone?
You think you're a magician (so lost inside of what used to be)
You think you're a musician (I guess I'm the only one who can see)
You're Alone (You're alone)
Alone! (You're alone)
And I can't think (I can't think)
But I'll never see you (see you)
Again! (Again)
Again...
I'll never let you in (let you in)...
ALONE
(Have you) Are you
(Ever felt alone)Alone?
(Or are you just a tone) Simply just a tone
(Yeah have you ever felt alone)Will you remain after
(Since this world is lost)All the world is lost?
Are you alone?
(Yeah, incased in stone)Are you alone?
(Never to be reminded again)Are you... alone?
Author notes
This is sorta in the Rapping/Singing style of the band Linkin Park. the parenthesized () passages are "rapped" and the open passages are sung.
Actually, I had them in mind while writing it.
Please tell me what you think

Whoa. Even before I read the author notes, I saw this in a rapping/singing fashion. I could almost hear it in my head. It had a beat from the first line, and followed through the entire time. This was a really good work, followed down the line of Minutes to Midnight in awesome hardcore lyrics and beat. I loved the anger and pain you could feel seething from the poem, for it is rare to be able to do anything more that read those feelings in a piece of work. Simply a wonderful piece. Great job!
