Day by day, walking, alone into the light,
thinking you can do as you please,
I just sit back and laugh,
you will, one day, be on your knees.
Think your strong and superior,
doing all these little things,
shoveling show in the winter,
mowing grass in the spring.
Ah but to you, great man
or at least you think you are,
trying having a baby,
see if that gets you far.
I am not the weaker side,
and bare a child I won't do,
but I am still the stronger side,
or the other side of you.
To the women I also say,
your also part a man.
That was always a part
of the bigger plan.
I still think it's silly,
for you do not think of me,
I'm what makes you stronger,
that you should be able to see.
Neither man or woman,
is of just the one,
they are a bit of both,
and the total of the sum.
Author notes
Isn't something Missing?
All of us are looking and rarily do we find it -
the other half that makes us whole,
Often we find it in another pereson,
when it is a part of us that we seek.

I like the matter of fact tone and the presentation of it in here.
We certainly do look for what is missing, but many of us don't realize what we're looking for, or are afraid to find it and maybe that's why some don't.
My favorite is the last set, how true it is...this is very thought provoking as well, has you looking at things in a different perspective, regardless of who you are.
Thank you for entering and best of luck!
