In beauty of the sunset
viewed in awe and wonder
colours of such brilliance
silhouetted trees so stark.
Yet ugly technological
advances are intrusive
to cater for rising populations
and comforts much come first.
Nature's beauty marred
by mankinds wondrous inventions
my sunset interrupted
by world's stark reality's.
It seems there's no escape
where one can inhale simple nature
yet if I am to be truthful
nature's wiles will always create greater power
