What is so special that makes you smile
When did you at last get over your deeds
How did you easily forget your past
What did you do to make it glide
Away from you to far off land
Where did you bury your deep dark howling nightmares
How did you get that look of a child
Never looking back nor aware of time
Who gave you the potion of life, the potion of dreams, the potion of peace
The key to the garden of joy
What is it that gave you a new outlook in life
Who pushed you into the cauldron of hope
Who spelt out NOT-THE-END for you
How did you climb over the wall of death
I wonder what it could be that gave you a new aim to achieve
Asked you to pursue it even to cloud nine
Where did you find the courage to stand up on your own
To let your conscience ride your carriage
