Hi
I've seen the depths that these attacks can take people to. Someone very dear to me is suffering from them, so is a close friend. A trick to use is telling yourself this is a short burst of down time where you need to pamper yourself. Each time you feel it coming on, that's when you head for your 'treat'. Treats could be something nice to buy/read/write/listen to/ relax with/wear/smell/someone to phone/text/e-mail/...,
The idea is to remove your conscious mind from the attack and focus on something good, it can help shorten and even lessen the frequency of these attacks.
I'll be thinking of you! Chin up! And how's about heading for the perfume counter of a store? Fragrances can make you feel good and sampling is free!

Excellente'
SHORT, SWEET, AND TO THE POINT... I READ YOU LOUD AND CLEAR', CAUSE I TOO, HAVE PANIC-DISORDER, CAUSED FROM TOO MUCH STRESS, IN MY LIFE. I'VE HAD THEM SINCE 1989, AFTER MY BROTHER' WS MURDERED. NO ONE REALLY KNOWS WHAT ALL CAUSES THEM, BUT THEY ARE A CHEMICAL-IMBALANCE, IN THE BRAIN. YOU HANG IN THERE, CAUSE WITH MEDICATION(THE PROPER KIND) YOU WILL GET MUCH BETTER.... I WILL CONSTANTLY BE-A-PRAYING-4-U!!!!! 'GOD BLES'.LOVE YOU MUCH, SHIRLEY ANN SHAW-RAYTOWN,MO.................................

I love this poem, it is short and to the point. One thing, you don't need the word everyway, I would leave it out, but that is me. Great write. I hope you don't suffer from those attacks. I do and it is horrible. If you need someone to talk to, I am here. I have had it for 13 years..........I'm an expert! LOL. Keep on writing!!! Again, I loved it!!!
